Children’s & Youth Minister

We are seeking a full time experienced Children’s and Youth Minister to oversee, develop and grow children and youth discipleship & evangelism at St Paul's church and in our Dorking Community The main responsibilities will be to lead the vision, strategy and management of children’s and youth ministry at St Paul’s Church, Dorking in line with the church’s broader vision and mission.

Full-time Administrator

Our beautiful and outstanding Church Nursery for 2.5 to 4 year olds is now offering extended hours and growing rapidly. We are looking to hire a passionate, fun and dedicated administrator to join our delightful team - starting January 2026.

The role will require someone who is enthusiastic and efficient to work 30 hours a week during term time and 5 hours a week during school holidays. Salary depends on qualifications and experience.

Early Years Practitioner

Do you have an Early Years level 3 qualification?

Our beautiful and outstanding Church Nursery for 2.5 to 4 year olds is now offering extended hours and growing rapidly. So, we are looking to hire a passionate, fun and creative Early Years Practitioner to join our delightful and dedicated team - starting January 2026.

The role will require a level 3 qualification as a minimum and will be a post for 3 to 5 days a week: term time only. Salary depends on qualifications and experience.

SEN Support Assistant

Do you have a passion for supporting young children with additional needs? Our beautiful and outstanding Church Nursery for 2.5 to 4 year olds is growing rapidly as we extend our hours — and we’re looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Support Assistant to join our delightful and dedicated team from January 2026.

We are seeking someone who:

● Has experience supporting children with additional needs (in Early Years or similar settings)

● Holds an Early Years Level 2 or 3 qualification

● Is compassionate, flexible, and enjoys working as part of a nurturing, faith-based team

This is a term-time only position, supporting individual children to fully engage in nursery life and reach their potential. Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
